1. God’s Mission.  Our God is a missionary God who loves this world and invites his followers to participate in seeing lives and communities transformed by the good news of redemption through Jesus Christ.

2. Prayer. Persistent prayer is essential to fulfilling God’s mission.

3. Church.  Local Congregations, working together as partners  are the primary agents of God’s harvest in North America.

4. Assessment.  Assisting people in identifying their strengths, equipping them to serve alongside of others,  and providing timnely coaching is crucial for equipping God’s people for God’s work.

5.  Disciple-making. The call of the Word and Spirit to make disciples demands our eager response.

6. Reconciliation. Working for diversity, justice, and unity in Christ is critical to our witness in North America.

7. Stewardship. God provides abundant resources for His work as His people step out in faith and witness.
